I’m Mustafa Omar, a chronic pain therapist based in Australia. I specialise in pain intervention and rehabilitation through a unique, integrative approach that blends pain neuroscience education, nervous system regulation, somatic and trauma-informed psychotherapy, and evidence-based pain recovery practices.
My qualifications span across pain recovery therapy, psychotherapy, life and mindset coaching, NLP and advanced pain recovery frameworks but what truly sets my work apart is that I don’t just conceptually know or understand chronic pain academically, I’ve also lived it for 13 years of my life and I still do!
