Hey, I’m Mustafa Omar — a certified pain therapist and coach who lived and still currently lives with chronic pain for over a decade. My journey through multiple pain conditions, emotional turmoil, and years of feeling dismissed by the system led me to discover powerful, evidence-based strategies that truly work.
Through deep study, research, application and personal transformation, I developed a structured method that helps others not just manage their pain, but rebuild a meaningful life.
Today, I specialise in chronic pain rehabilitation using a unique combination of pain neuroscience education, trauma-informed psychotherapy, somatic therapy, and functional behavioural strategies.
